PRE-TEAM
Gymnastics
Our Pre-Team Season (5 months) is a great introduction into competitive gymnastics without the full year commitment of our Comp Team! The Pre-Team will challenge your athlete to develop foundationally sound skills and advanced routines for all 4 events in a fun and team building atmosphere! Your athlete will showcase their routines during Action Athletics' hosted Showcase and will be given the opportunity to attend one sanctioned competition in April located in Duncan, OK.

COMPETITIVE GYMNASTICS
Our Competitive Gymnastics Program fosters an atmosphere of excitement and a love for the sport of gymnastics. We strive to develop foundationally sound, successful, and character driven Gymnasts. We challenge our gymnasts to achieve greatness and embody sportsmanlike attitude within and outside of the gym.
Tryouts occur in May of each year, but past May openings may occur.
