BEGINNER TUMBLING 5+

This 55 min tumbling class for Boys and Girls teaches the basics of static and dynamic tumbling through drills on the spring floor and tumble trak. This class offers plenty of practice with both backward and forward tumbling skills sure to increase strength and endurance.

Fun Skills your Child will Learn: 

  • Cartwheel 

  • Hurdle to Roundoff 

  • Back Handspring with Spot

  • Back & Front Walk-over

 INTERMEDIATE TUMBLING 5+

This 55 min tumbling class for Boys and Girls builds upon the fundamental skills mastered in beginning tumbling and aims to coach athletes toward running combination tumbling such as round-off back handspring and static skills such as standing back handspring and standing back tuck with spot.

Fun Skills your Child will Learn: 

  • Round-off Back Handspring 

  • Front Walk-over Step out to Round-off 

  • Back Tuck with Stop 

  • Front Tucks on Tumble Trak

ADVANCED TUMBLING 5+

This 55 min tumbling class for Boys and Girls builds upon the intermediate skills mastered in intermediate tumbling and works athletes toward more complexed running combinations such as round-off back handspring back tuck and static skills such as standing back tuck.

  • Round-off Back Handspring Back Tuck

  • Layouts 

  • Front Tuck to Step Out 

  • Whip backs to Back Handspring
