Our Purpose

We strive to supply your family with quality instruction. Our goal is not only to teach gymnastics, but to develop strength, positive attitudes, good character, confidence, and discipline so that every child that takes classes with us can be successful in all future areas of life.

Action’s Story

Action opened its doors in August of 2009, envisioned by owner, Cara Alsup. After Cara had spent 8 years staffing numerous camps and working at several gyms around Oklahoma, she recognized the need for a gym in her hometown of Choctaw. She had also recognized pros and cons from her previous work environments and felt like she could put together the perfect place for kids to come and feel at home while having plenty of fun learning gymnastics. After lots of prayer and planning, and with the help of  her husband, Quinn, and her sister, Kelley,  Action started to become a reality.

We hope that every child who comes through our doors leaves a better athlete, but most importantly, that they are loved, talented, and have purpose.
